Giving Time, Talent and Treasure for West Catholic

My family is indebted to West Catholic for the excellent education provided to my three daughters: Emily (’09), Allison (’11) and Rebecca (’11). I created the David A. Veneklase Family Scholarship so that other families who may struggle with the cost of tuition are afforded the same opportunity.

Throughout the years I have given my time, talent and treasure for the future of West Catholic. As a long-time board member and previous chair of both the West Catholic Board of Directors and the Grand Rapids Catholic Secondary Schools Board, I am proud of the way West Catholic forms Disciples of Christ through a dynamic, excellence-driven Catholic education. I can think of no better way to continue my family’s legacy than to not only create an endowed scholarship, but also to include this scholarship in my will.

This gift will allow me to continue supporting excellence in Catholic education for our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren long into the future. I pray that you will consider joining me by including a gift to West Catholic in your will. Together we can sustain Catholic education and our Catholic faith.
